Shipping Information
I arrive at your property via a freight company. Minimal assembly will be required. At Revenue Room, our goal is to make your set-up process easy. We actively inspect and assemble our furniture for a hands-on process to suggest the hightest quality packages for your space. Optional delivery & white glove, install and setup packagages are available for purchase.
Damage & Return Policy
Less than a 1% freight damage rate is expected from all our furniture. Revenue Room has a no return policy. We pay attention to every detail so that you can make choices you are satisfied with and confident for quality, comfort and design.
If you do experience freight damage, it must be immediately noticed and marked on the delivery slip with the freight company. Your images of the freight will be important and those will be emailed to revenueroomshop@gmail.com so that we can handle the claim process on your behalf.
