Shipping Information
I arrive at your property via a freight company. Minimal assembly will be required. At Revenue Room, our goal is to make your set up process easy. We actively inspect and assemble our furniture for a hands-on process to suggest the highest quality packages for you space. Optional delivery & setup packages are available.
Damage & Return Policy
Less than 1% damage rate is expected from all our furniture. If you do experience freight damage, it must be immediately noticed and marked on the delivery slip with the freight company. Your images of the freight will be important and those will be emailed to revenueroomshop@gmail.com so that we can handle the claim process on your behalf.
Revenue Room has a no return policy. We pay attention to every detail so that you can make choices you will not be dissatisfied with and buy with confidence.
