Cozy and curled up in an old, stinky sock drawer...my parents' solution to a baby bassinet was genius! Their love for keeping things simple (and cheap) taught me as a newborn, the basic necessity of sleep could come from anywhere. My parents only had eyes for what was inside. The tiny face, unique little grins and rolling eyes, awesome whole-body stretches and yawns! What better entertainment than a baby, with every part perfect.

Fast forward to a marvelous new mattress for my bunk bed arrived. It was 4 inches of foam and slipping into my new bed was fun under my a new piggly wiggly blanket. It was covered with rounded cartoon farm animals and made me feel as close to heaven as that top bunk could get! I never really grew out of that top bunk...I am only 5'3". I was truly hoping after sleeping in my now, handcrafted bed in the Ozarks, I would sprout a few more inches, but alas....I'm still short.

The iconic luxury of this handcrafted bed (my favorite bed linked here) is like a marshmallow of clouds. I like a soft bed! But my back, it cries like a baby for the sock drawer if I’m in a “regular soft” bed. My back demands support and #foreverbed cradles me just the way I like! I love the Happiness Foreverbed...you really need to feel this bed. It’s my Fav.
